F7 Static Website Going-Live Plan

So, what time should we go live?
I heard F7 will be released around 10:00am EDT (14:00 UTC).
Obviously, we should wait for the official F7 release announcement.
Would it be safe to go live around Noon EDT (16:00 UTC)?
