Looks to me as though http://start.fedoraproject.org/ is being served  
with no character set information on it, resulting in the copyright  
symbol in the footer being misrendered on my system (looks like its  
doing one of the Latin charsets rather than UTF8).

Any chance the charset can be set appropriately...
