the largest generator of 404s (Max Spevack)

The CSS file (http://fedoraproject.org/style.css) is relatively referencing
the border images that are not present at http://spins.fedoraproject.org/.

I haven't yet edited anything here (or know if I even can), but that would
seem to be the issue to me.
