Since the spam filter rule isn't working as my test shows, I'd like to
propose a new approach. How about we use askfedora at fp.o approach as we
use in fedora news project?

This is how we setup currently:
1. A user send email to askfedora at fp.o
2. The email is forwarded to fedora-news-list-owner at redhat.com
3. An auto-reply will be sent to the user using "Auto-response text to
send to -owner emails"

In this case, no moderation will be required since the email will be
sent to list-owners who will decide whether it should be answered and
posted in the list for archive.

One more thing, since Ricky is the primary person who's been answering
webmaster at fp.o emails, I'd like to promote him to list-owners. :)
