Request for Fedora core3-reg

Dear sir,
Greetings!! I, using FC3 for the past 5years. Right now, while i try
to install any packages or programs i receive error messages which i
hav given below.
/usr/bin/ld: crt1.o: No such file: No such file or directory
configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh etc...etc.etc
I would like to reinstall the entire operating system again but
unfortunately I don't have a copy of FC3.Also, i don't have a good
internet connection to download it.
I request you to kindly send me FC3 through post.
I'll be grateful to you if you could also send me the latest version
of FC9 as i have plans in the future to upgrade it. Please find my
