I have updated the cursor to be the pointer/hand for both the section
headers and labels of options...not sure what else to do?

Yes, I know :-}  we do have those exact same round corners on the
current get-fedora page, which I think is nice, so I used them with no
regard for the browsers that can't render them; perhaps that is
wrong...
