This looks like a problem on the mirror (which we don't have control
over, unfortunately).  I'll try to see how we can contact them and get
this fixed.  Until then, see if you can try some of the other options at
http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist/?path=/pub/fedora/linux/releases/9/Fedora/i386/iso/Fedora-9-i386-DVD.iso,
or browse the full list of mirrors at
