Strange, we fixed that a while ago, but the commit mysteriously
disappeared :-/.  Thanks for letting us know about this, those links
should disappear soon (the relnotes are no longer available on the
mirrors.  Instead, they're just at
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/release-notes/f9/ now.
