Timeline?

I guess I'd like to see it sooner/ASAP.  Why?

* Less distractions this early in the next-release-cycle
* Gives us something to do in the time when the rest of the release
isn't very active
* Creates something to draw interest to Fedora between releases
* Big one -- solve problems now and not when we need the tools working
and looking great later in the release cycle

For example, any usability improvements that cause more contributors to
arrive now is better than delaying those for F10.
