Test Site/Repo

There is now a test websites instance at
http://publictest15.fedoraproject.org/.  This is generated every 10
minutes from a fedora-web.test repo, which all members of the web group
should have write access to.

git clone ssh://git.fedorahosted.org/git/fedora-web.test.git

Feel free to experiment around/develop in here.  In particular, we'll
hopefully be testing get-fedora changes in this repo.  Before merging
them into the main one.
