Legal links on fpo/wiki footer

The footer of our wiki reads:

    * Legal
    * Trademark Guidelines

Do we really want 4 out of 6 links to be about legal stuff?

I'd propose:

 * About Fedora
 * Join
 * Sponsors
 * Legal

And link to the rest legal stuff from the Legal page.

The / fpo page footer reads:

    *  Sponsors
    * Legal
    * Trademark Guidelines

I'd suggest the same footer for all pages.
