FAS is not fedora specific.  So we'd probably need a plugin that drops
the link into the sidebar when appropriate.  I haven't time to do that
but perhaps someone else does.  You can open a ticket at
https://fedorahosted.org/fas/ (with the caveat that code will move
things forward faster than just a ticket.)
