License of the wiki layout

It seems to me this would be a good time to add appropriate guidance
to the wiki page:

...covering our CSS for the websites, wiki, etc.

We should note there, with a link to the trademark guidelines[1], that
people *may not* use the CSS of the websites, wiki, etc. in
conjunction with the Fedora logo.  The resulting page has a high
potential to confuse viewers as to whether the site belongs to the
Fedora Project.  It's perfectly acceptable to use either the
trademarks on a web site, subject to the trademark guidelines[1], *or*
our CSS design and/or layout, but not both together.
