Here we have 2 contributors are applying for the ambassador group
membership, their FAS accounts are "xielingyun" and "look"
respectively. Sincerely speaking, I don't know what is the "next step"
after they pressed the "join" button in FAS -- will you receive the
request and answer them with a welcome email, telling them what to do,
and create the ticket on trac?
