You can use git:

  git clone git://git.fedorahosted.org/git/fedora-web.git

Then go to the appropriate area under data/content/, make changes, and
submit a patch here.  Ricky or anyone in #fedora-websites on IRC
Freenode should be able to help if you need it or run into trouble!
