Em~. Sounds true.

"xm info" can show how large the memory Xen can recognize (total_memory) and how many free memory is left (free_memory) . I think the total_memory of your machine is only 2.5G. It means Xen can only know there is 2.5G memory, except you run a PAE enabled Xen.

Xen0 usually doesn't need too much memory. I suggest you can use 512M or 1024M.
