dom0 is limited to 200MB and I tried to install a fedora-development
from mirrors with 256MB (domU). Computer has 512MB.

# xm list
Name ID Mem(MiB) VCPUs State Time(s)
Domain-0 0 200 1 r----- 1624.6
# xm info |grep memor
total_memory : 511
free_memory : 294

With todays version (kernel-xen-2.6.17-1.2600.fc6) I can install fc6dev
correctly. Note that you need to specify --vnc or --nographics to
xenguest-install (if not, xenguest-install will ask you forever if you
like vnc or not)
