Mount the image file on your /mnt as explained in the quickstart guide
and create the following files

 /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file
DEVICE=eth0
BOOTPROTO=static
HWADDR=00:14:22:B1:20:1E
IPADDR=10.1.1.21
NETMASK=255.255.255.0
ONBOOT=yes
TYPE=Ethernet

/etc/sysconfig/network
NETWORKING=yes
HOSTNAME=(your hostname here)
GATEWAY=10.1.1.1

Change the values as required.

Thanks.
