Running an FC5 guest on FC5 is probably the easiest pair of O/S's you're going to get if you have an FC5 Dom0.
Have you run xenguest-install.py to create the "fc5" disk image and configuration?

Subject: [Fedora-xen] Error creating domain: (22, 'Invalid argument')
People,
This is apparently a known (big?) problem?:
[root at prix ~]# xm create -c fc5
Using config file "/etc/xen/fc5".
Error: Error creating domain: (22, 'Invalid argument')
ie trying to run a FC5 VM on FC5 . .
Thanks,
Phil.
