Ok, so its trying to fetch the Xen kernel & initrd images. On the same
machine as virt-manager is running, are you able to do:

  wget http://mormon.home/distro/i386/os/images/xen/vmlinux

And

  wget http://mormon.home/distro/i386/os/images/xen/initrd

Which are the two URLs virt-manager will be looking for here. Since you
said going to download.fedora.redhat.com works OK, I think you must have
an apache mis-configuration, or the URL itself has a typo perhaps ?

Regards,
Dan.
