Yes, as many people have pointed out on list & bz there's been some rather
bad instability issues with 2.6.20  based Xen. We're trying to track down
the problems & resolve them so we can get back a stable Xen kernel again.
If anyone captures kernel panic dumps please report in BZ so we can track
them.
