[Fedora-xen] does xen-3.0.2 support only 2.6.16 kernel?

Basically you can't. Xen was stuck on 2.6.16 kernel for a long time and
for Fedora we forward ported the code to work on newer kernels - this is
seriously non-trivial - ie can take months of work.  We never did it for
3.0.2 anyway because that's an ancient release with a large number of
serious scalability issues which make it uninteresting for any serious
deployment.   Fedora Core 6 has  Xen 3.0.3  + 2.6.19 kernels available.
