[Fedora-xen] win2k3 server standard edition hangs on "Starting Windows"

Disk images have to be in /var/lib/xen/images

You need to point it at the CDROM device, rather than a file on the CDROM.
Unmount /media/EN_OS_XP_2003_2428.4, and use /dev/cdrom as your path.
