[Fedora-xen] problem booting xen-kernel on fedora core 6 plz help!!

I installed fedora core 6 by turning acpi off and fc6 (kernel without xen)
boots properly but the xen-kernel is not booting. i get the message "unknown
interrupt" while udev is starting.
