Thanks for your suggestions guys...

The problem was solved by :yum update xorg*

I think the  *xorg*-x11-*server*-*Xorg i386 rpm  *update solved the problem.

Looks like Fedora created the problem and solved it itself(through yum i
mean)  :)
teaching me a lot of things in between :)
