Is it possible the decoded spec yaml from a Docker image is invalid?

e.g. the thing in this kind of label
https://github.com/feedhenry/aerogear-digger-apb/blob/master/Dockerfile#L4-L24

LABEL "com.blah.apb.spec"=someencodedyamlthatsactuallyinvalid
