[Feedhenry-raincatcher] Make RainCatcher's hydra Learnean?

Just to make it clear.

Would you guys see this as replacement of
https://github.com/feedhenry-raincatcher/raincatcher-cli or something that
is integrated into cli?
Raincatcher-cli offers somehow similar functionalities at the moment.
