[Feedhenry-raincatcher] Raincatcher documentation

Hi Jon,

We're working on docs for inclusion into 3.16/4.3, and there is much 
discussion of how to get started with WFM. However, the scope of the doc 
at the moment is about developers familiar with the sample solution, 
rather than working from scratch.

Anyone know when WFM is coming out of tech preview?
