[Feedhenry-raincatcher] Raincatcher documentation

Hi Paul,

We haven't agreed a date for exiting Tech Preview.

We will be supporting our first customer, Aggregates as they move towards
their production rollout. Our bi-weekly Thursday call is outlining what is
needed and when a date is ready we can formally communicate it.
