[Feedhenry-raincatcher] Hacktoberfest in RainCatcher

Hi everyone

Hacktoberfest is an initiative that allows to support open source and earn
a limited edition T-shirt in the same time.

RainCatcher project is participating in initiative by selecting number of
issues that can be resolved by community.
