[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] detect whether DS is running

The dirsrv init script always returns 0 when you check it for status. 
During install this is a problem because if DS doesn't start you get a 
slew of weird, unhelpful output from ldap_modify.

So instead look at the output of dirsrv to test for status.
