[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] fix 'make dist'

'make dist' still required a mercurial command to run to ensure that it 
was building from untainted sources.

I've converted it to use git and added an argument, TARGET, if you want 
to have it pull a specific branch. By default it uses 'master'.
