[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] add verbose flag to admin tools

The python xmlrpclib library offers a verbose option to print the HTTP 
headers and the XML request and response. Added a --verbose flag to the 
admin tools and the client API to enable this.

Also fix the python imports. I had attempted to wrap everything in a 
try/except so we could catch a ^C without a backtrace during imports but 
this masked other errors.
