[Freeipa-devel] resend: internationalization of kid templates

I imported the patch into a fresh tree and resolved a few merge issues, 
added some text and the tg-admin patch.

This looks fine to me but wanted to run it past everyone one last time 
to make sure I didn't screw something up.

Do we want to have i18n on by default or let admins turn it on as desired?

Is there a downside to having it on by default?
