[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] Rewrite the dns-related code to use python-dns instead of dnsclient.py

I hope nothing more needs to be added (dependencies?). In order to run, 
we'll need python-dns package, see dnspython.org
Also, ipa-python/dnsclient.py should probably get deleted, since it's no 
longer used by any file.
