In /var/log/dirsrv/slapd-MISCHINS-WORLD/access are more entries. Please have
in a look in the attached file. As far as I can see, there`s no error.

This patch is unrelated to your problems.

Can you see if the ns-slapd process is running? And/or check 
/var/log/dirsrv/slapd-MISCHINS-WORLD/errors and access?
