[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] 237 Enable replication with a dogtag CA

This patch enables one to create replicas when using dogtag as the CA.
This just sort of gets things to the point of working, a lot of work is
left to be done to handle errors better and to better identify the type
of IPA system being used (self-signed NSS CA, dogtag CA or external CA
that provides PKCS#12 files to IPA).
I've only tested this with a single replica so far.
