[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH][SSSD] Enable quiet builds for SSSD

With this patch, if automake >= 1.11 is available, the configure option
'--enable-silent-rules' will suppress most make output and show only the
object being compiled.

Tested using the pre-F12 RPM from
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=103564

The catch: autoreconf will throw a warning about AM_SILENT_RULES on
platforms with automake < 1.11, but I have added an m4_pattern_allow()
to permit it to build anyway.
