I have created a page on the SSSD wiki:
https://fedorahosted.org/sssd/wiki/ReleaseProcess to describe in detail
the release process for the SSSD. I believe I have captured all of the
main points, but if I have missed anything, please update the page or
the attached discussion page.

Regarding translations, my thought is that we should postpone committing
updates to the .po and .pot files until the commit where we bump the
version number just prior to signing the version tag. It will be easier
to update these files once at release time, rather than pushing the
updates each time an affected .c or .h file is changed.

It is easy enough when building the code for a developer to run 'make
dist' if they need access to the updated translations between releases.

Discussion welcome.
