[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] 15 Report missing python packages

Improved make-lint to report missing external python packages and fixed 
a few little bugs in it.

I'd like to ask someone (preferably a native English speaker) to go 
through the new error messages (at the beginning and end of make-lint) 
and rephrase them if necessary.
