[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] 994 set nsslapd-minssf-exclude-rootdse

If minssf is set in configuration and this is not set then clients won't 
be able to detect the available namingContexts, defaultNamingContext, 
capabilities, etc.

This was requested by the SSSD team.
