Fixed.

Does it matter if new functionality is a problem?

Fixed. However, there is a problem with slapi-nis:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1043546

How can we find out?

We have an upgrade/downgrade framework, it should be easy to
disable/remove these plugins.

Is that it? Are there any other problems found attempting to downgrade
1.3.2 to 1.3.1 in F20?

The db format in 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 is the same, so there should be no
problems there.
