The patch fixes this particular problem, so ACK, but it'll be easy to 
make the mistake again.

I think that add_ptr_rr should call normalize_zone instead of always 
adding the dot, or it should assert that fqdn doesn't end with a dot.
Maybe we should wait for the next release with that change, though.
