[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] [CI] Move project definition to a template file

Hello,
I've pushed this patch to the CI test definitions repository.
To use the repo, you will now need to copy `project.yaml.example` to 
`project.yaml`, and configure your own values in it. For example, Tomáš 
can use prefix: "tbabej" and report-mail-address: "tbabej at redhat.com".
With this setup, a developer's personal test modifications shouldn't 
override the main config.
