It would make sense to fix things up a bit when we move. Some notes:

We probably don't want the ipa-2-2 resource any more. I don't know if 
Zanata has a more sane mechanism for versions. If not it would be nice 
to combine strings from all "active" releases and put that up for 
translation, so when the next IPA 4.1.x is released it can have the new 
translations.
We might want to sort the strings in .po files in Git so the diffs 
aren't so big (use the  --sort-output flag to msgattrib in strip-po). 
But still keep the source order for files uploaded to Zanata (the ones 
merge-po creates) – the order is useful for translators.
I keep a history of translations in a Git repo, as I don't trust clouds 
with my data. Might be useful:
