As we now depend on F21 version of 389-ds-base, I fired a build of the latest 
DS to the mkosek/freeipa Copr to not break the dependencies. I hope 389-ds-base 
will fix the install crash + the RI problems ASAP.

I would not start a 4.0.3 release right now though, I would like to have fixes 
for ticket 4534 included too (patches on review, partially acked by me).
