[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH 0040] generalize certificate creation during testing

A slight hack to ipatests/test_xmlrpc/testcert.py module in order to 
enable generation of multiple host/service/user certificates.

It should make writing tests for new CA profile/sub-CA/user certificate 
functionality easier.
