[Freeipa-users] The IPA XML-RPC service is not responding.

The XML-RPC service is being run by Apache. Make sure the httpd process 
is started.

If it is started, run: ipa-finduser -v admin

The -v will display the server it is trying to contact. Make sure it is 
the right one.
