Please send the log to me. Also please include /etc/sysconfig/krb5kdc,
output of 'stat /etc/sysconfig/krb5kdc', and output of 'ls -l /etc/systemd/system/'

Did you install Fedora 16 from scratch or was it upgrade from Fedora 
15? The latter might explain some of these issues.
