For OSs that we do not have scripts for the common denominator is to
treat IPa as a normal LDAP + Krb5 combo. Paying attention to the fact we
use RFC2307bis for group membership (ie with have member=<dn> in group
entries instead of the older meberuid=<username>).

We are still working out a guide for clients that have sssd available
but no ipa-client-install yet.
